Descriptive Writing - Cow




The Astronauts Writing Group has been trying to come up with alliteration sentences for a cow. Here are some of their ideas.

Cars

On the 31st of June we went to Matakohe Road and we saw two cars. They were a blue car and a black car. The blue car was my Uncle's and the other car was Madi's Dad.

We went to the farm and a turkey was under the quad motor-bike.
We didn't know and Jake and I where feeding the hay to the calves. The turkey limped across the green grass and I ripped a hand fill of feathers out as I tried to grab it.

On Saturday we played Tomarata. We got 60 points and Tomarata got 3 points. I got a try. Liam's team won too. When Liam had the ball a big fat fella tackled him and he winded him because he was underneath him.

On Saturday we went to a wedding. Mum and Dad watched it. Liam, Nate and I went to the park. We played "Go home, stay home." Liam, Nate and I went through a gap in the fence. Nate climbed on the tank and jumped over two gaps. Nate hurt his funny bone. We had dinner at the wedding. We had ice cream cake and strawberries for pudding.

I am learning to make burgers.
Step 1: You need mince.
Step 2: Make patties.
Step 3: Put them in a pan
Step 4: Get vegetables.
Step 5: Put them in a bun.
Step 6: Eat the burger.

Motorbike Madness

Broom! Broom! Went the motorbike in the driveway, flicking rocks in the air. The motorbike is super fast going past us. Dust went in my face. Bang went the motorbike as it hits the fence. It gets towed to the car shop and it got fixed.
